Maebeth Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented Lead Housekeeper to oversee daily operations and maintain exceptional cleanliness standards across our vacation rental properties in Trenton, ME. This role requires a methodical professional who thrives on precision, systematic processes, and quality control. You'll lead housekeeping teams through property turnovers, ensure compliance with established standards, and use data-driven software to track progress and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills to problem-solving, takes a structured approach to scheduling and task management, and consistently delivers thorough, high-quality results that meet our guests' expectations.
Lead and support housekeeping teams during daily cleans and turnovers
Clean and reset properties in accordance with Maebeth Vacation Rentals standards
Complete daily assignments and checklists using Breezeway software
Communicate progress, status updates, and issues through Breezeway
Report damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns to the Quality Assurance Manager
Coordinate with the Director of Housekeeping to meet scheduling needs based on the rental calendar
Ensure all linens, amenities, and supplies are fully stocked and properly placed
Perform turnover and deep cleans as scheduled
Stage each home to the Maebeth presentation standard
Maintain a professional, respectful demeanor in all team and guest-facing interactions
2+ years prior housekeeping experience required (vacation rental or hotel experience preferred; supervisory experience strongly preferred)
Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills
High attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable transportation
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical job duties
Hourly, $23 - $28
