We are looking for a skilled and dependable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure that each of our vacation rentals is always in top-notch condition. In this role, you’ll provide our guests with a seamless, comfortable experience as you maintain and prepare properties for guest arrivals. You'll work closely with our property management team, performing inspections, completing repairs on time to minimize downtime, and implementing a preventative maintenance plan to prevent problems.

Commute to properties to conduct routine inspections and maintenance on property systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances) to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
Address maintenance requests from guests and staff promptly, prioritizing urgent repairs to ensure minimal disruption.
Perform preventative maintenance to prevent issues and extend the lifespan of property systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, adhering to all safety and building codes.
Prepare properties for guest arrivals by ensuring everything is fully operational and free from safety hazards.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to identify and address maintenance needs pre- and post-guest stays.
Maintain organized records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections, and keep equipment and tools safely stored and ready for use.
Proven experience in general maintenance or a similar role with a strong understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance or trades are a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and complete tasks accurately.
Strong organizational and time-management skills suited to a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive company vehicles.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and after-hours as needed.
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods

Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds

Hourly Wage: $20 - $25 per hour based on experience and achievement
