Guest Services Agent – Vacation Rentals
Full-Time | On-Site
Position Summary
As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll be on the front lines of delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, memorable stay—from pre-arrival through checkout. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone with prior hospitality or vacation rental experience who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
In this role, you will communicate directly with guests, collaborate closely with our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams, and resolve questions or concerns with professionalism and care. You will go the extra mile to surprise and delight guests celebrating special events with us. Key Responsibilities
Communicate with guests prior to arrival to confirm reservation details and deliver a seamless check-in experience, including secure distribution of door codes and access to a digital guidebook with amenity information and Wi-Fi credentials.
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, providing prompt, professional, and hospitality-driven communication.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready and issues are addressed promptly
Deliver outstanding customer service to both guests and property owners
Handle guest concerns or service issues professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure complete resolution of guest need
Deliver guest amenities and special-request items to units with care and attention to detail
Qualifications
Previous experience in a hospitality or guest services, role required
High school diploma or equivalent
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using apps, software, and computers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $18- 20 (based on experience)
Benefits Include:
Schedule: Must be available on weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Hours of operations are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
