We are seeking a detail-oriented Care Coordinator to orchestrate our daily caregiving operations in The Villages. In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our scheduling system, ensuring seamless coordination between our caregivers and clients while maintaining operational excellence. You'll thrive in solving real-time challenges, optimizing caregiver placement, and ensuring every shift is covered with precision. This position requires someone who excels at managing complex logistics, responds quickly to changing circumstances, and maintains unwavering focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care to our clients.
Strategic Scheduling: Manage the "master puzzle" by matching caregiver availability and skill sets with client needs, ensuring 100% shift coverage.
Transitioning Caregivers: Transition new hires onto the schedule quickly and proactively re-engage inactive caregivers to maintain a robust workforce.
Rapid Response: Resolve last-minute call-outs and shift changes with urgency; participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
Performance Advocacy: Conduct routine check-ins with caregivers to provide support, track attendance, tardiness, and clock-in/out compliance.
Quality Control: Document and resolve caregiver issues, ensuring that the high standards of care our clients expect are consistently met.
Active level 2 background
Healthcare industry experience
Administrative or Manager level experience
Hourly, $22 - $26
Quarterly bonuses based on individual and company performance.
