Sun Palace Vacation Homes is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Fort Myers Beach, FL. This role is central to daily operations, supporting onsite staff and coordinating vendors. You’ll also help ensure each property meets high cleanliness and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction for all stays.
You’ll serve as a point of coordination between guests, homeowners, and internal teams, providing leadership, clear communication, and consistent follow-through. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who works well with others, stays organized in a fast-moving environment, and takes pride in delivering positive guest experiences through steady execution and teamwork.
Coordinate daily schedules for team members to ensure proper coverage and efficiency
Schedule and communicate with vendors to complete work on time and to company standards
Monitor property condition and cleanliness, ensuring homes consistently meet quality expectations
Address and resolve escalated guest concerns in a professional and timely manner
Conduct routine property checks and create action plans to maintain excellent condition
Support team members with priorities, questions, and operational guidance throughout the day
Track and follow up on maintenance tasks to ensure completion and accountability
Communicate updates between departments to keep operations organized and running smoothly
Leadership experience with a focus on team accountability and results
Proactive problem-solver with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to prioritize guest needs in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
Commitment to supporting the team and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Knowledge of housekeeping operations, standards, and supplies
Comfortable using office and property management software (Microsoft Office and similar systems)
Flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to sit, stand, walk between locations, and lift up to 50 lbs as required
