We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior General Manager to lead operations for Casago’s Cape Cod region. In this role, you will be the leader responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maximizing owner satisfaction and revenue, and ensuring efficient property management services across our Cape Cod portfolio. You’ll manage the team, drive performance, and uphold the Casago standard of excellence that supports both vacationers and property owners.
As Senior General Manager, you will own day-to-day business operations, foster strong relationships with owners and partners, and use data-informed decision-making to grow bookings, optimize property performance, and elevate the Casago brand in the Cape Cod market. Your leadership will be central to building a thriving local team and ensuring our service delivery reflects Casago’s commitment to quality, transparency, and guest-focused hospitality.
Lead and oversee all day-to-day operations for the Cape Cod portfolio, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and property standards
Drive revenue growth through performance management, occupancy optimization, pricing strategy and owner retention initiatives
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team across operations, maintenance, housekeeping, guest services, and owner relations
Establish and maintain strong local vendor and community partnerships to support operational efficiency and brand presence
Monitor financial performance and ensure cost controls align with revenue targets and profitability goals
Implement and uphold Casago brand standards, SOPs, and service expectations across all properties and teams
2 years of leadership experience in hospitality or vacation rental management,
Proven track record of managing property operations with accountability for revenue, expenses, and overall performance
Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, P&L oversight, and performance reporting
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience implementing and maintaining operational standards, SOPs, and quality control processes
Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategy
Familiarity with property management systems and hospitality technology platforms
Annual $85,000 - $100,000
Full Time, with weekends and holidays as needed
