POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies across our distribution channels to drive brand awareness, demand, and customer acquisition. In this role, you will manage day-to-day relationships with channel partners, support marketing initiatives that improve visibility and conversion, and use performance data to optimize results. You will also help coordinate quarterly partner reviews and ensure our listings, and messaging remain accurate and competitive across platforms.

You will work closely with the sales, product, and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals, support revenue growth, and improve channel performance. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong partner relationships and identifying opportunities to expand reach and improve efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and implement a comprehensive channel marketing strategy that supports the company’s goals for brand visibility, conversion, and revenue optimization.

  • Allocate and optimize the marketing budget across channels to maximize ROI and achieve key performance metrics.

  • Use data analytics to monitor, report, and improve the effectiveness of each channel.

  • Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and initiatives.

  • Build relationships with strategic partners and negotiating terms to expand the company’s reach and channel market presence.

  • Drive key technological requirements with product & channel partners to maintain the highest connectivity performance possible.

  • Attend and participate in quarterly business reviews with each channel partner.

  • Lead and develop a team of employees through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and annual evaluations to support professional growth and ensure alignment with company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of experience in channel marketing

  • Leadership experience preferred

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation rental, or a similar service-based industry strongly preferred

  • College education strongly preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered

  • Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change within large organizations

  • Comfortable managing ambiguity, competing priorities, and tight deadlines

  • Prior product and/or program management experience in a related field

  • Demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams

  • Experience overseeing daily team operations while fostering a collaborative, accountable culture

  • Technically proficient with digital platforms, mobile apps, and software systems

  • Clear and confident communicator able to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call support availability as needed to address urgent partner and business requirements
