POSITION SUMMARY

An Owner Relations Manager serves as the primary liaison between property owners and My Perfect Stays, managing all communication related to reservations, guest experience, housekeeping, maintenance, accounting, and overall property performance. Each manager supports a portfolio of approximately 60 owners and properties, acting as a dedicated advocate to ensure each home is cared for properly and performing at its best.

The role focuses on building trusted, transparent relationships while delivering consistent, high-quality service. Owner Relations Managers collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues proactively and ensure owners feel informed, supported, and confident in the care of their homes. Please note this position requires applicants live in Maui. This is not a Remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively communicate with assigned owners to keep them informed and supported

  • Maintain consistent communication with internal teams regarding daily operations for assigned properties

  • Manage ongoing tasks and requests related to both owners and their properties

  • Participate in weekly department meetings focused on training and process improvement

  • Review owner statements monthly to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies

  • Coordinate owner and property needs across departments and team members

  • Participate in bi-monthly revenue meetings and work with the Revenue Management team to support properties needing additional booking or performance assistance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must live in Maui, Hawaii

  • 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or short term rentals required

  • A Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional emails, handle phone inquiries, and provide clear, prompt follow-ups.

  • Comfortable using industry softwares, experience with Streamline, Breezeway, and the Google suite of products preferred.

  • Highly motivated, team-oriented professional with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads efficiently.

  • Be a self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual Salary

Hourly, $68,000 - $75,000
