POSITION SUMMARY:
If you're someone who finds meaning and satisfaction in assisting homeowners in the short term rental field, pursuing new leads, and being a steady, trusted resource, you’ll fit right into this role.
As an Owner Liaison in our Sales Department at Myrinn, you’ll play a key role in supporting our homeowners and leadership team by maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing homeowners. This is a position built on consistency, care, and collaboration. You will oversee operational processes and foster strong relationships to ensure seamless operations, while delivering clear and thoughtful communication to both internal teams and property owners. In this Hybrid role, you will be in the greater Sedona, Arizona area at least once a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing timely, thoughtful communication and support
Proactively find new properties and manage incoming leads.
Sales Communication: Handle sales calls, video conferences, and meetings with potential homeowners.
Guide new owners through a clear, step-by-step onboarding and listing setup process
Maintain and update property listings across major platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Marriott Homes & Villas)
Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to optimize listing performance and share seasonal insights with owners
Regular travel in Northern Arizona is required to meet with new and existing homeowners
Provide regular owner updates, including performance reports and a monthly newsletter
Assist with process improvements, marketing ideas, home upgrades and staging
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years experience in short term rentals, hospitality, concierge services, property management, sales and/or real estate
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to build lasting relationships through clarity and follow-through
Familiarity with OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Marriott Homes & Villas
Proficient with software tools; experience with property management platforms like Guesty is a plus
Comfortable guiding clients through structured processes and explaining systems with patience and care
Desired experience in customer service, hospitality, creative marketing, staging, social media, real estate and/or STR's
Highly organized and detail-oriented — capable of managing multiple tasks without letting anything slip through the cracks
Calm under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset and a dependable, team-oriented approach
Self-starter who is flexible and dependable — ready to step in where needed and support the team’s success
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$29.00 - $30.00 per hour base pay + Commission. Based on experience
Part time (25 hours/week) with opportunities to grow to full time.
Full time available for the right candidate.
