POSITION SUMMARY

As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our exceptional vacation properties in St. Pete Beach, FL. Your primary focus will be to ensure that each property is well-maintained, clean, and ready for our guests' arrival.

You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and guest experience of our short-term rental properties. These duties include ensuring properties are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready, coordinating repairs and inspections, and managing vendor relationships.

You will handle guest relations by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process. With a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, this role plays a key role in maximizing property value and guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all rental properties are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times.

  • Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to uphold property standards.

  • Schedule and oversee landscaping, pool maintenance, and pest control services.

  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues proactively.

  • Address guest concerns, complaints, and emergency issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

  • Provide guests with check-in/check-out instructions and local recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality, business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

  • 1-2 years experience in property management, hospitality, real estate, or vacation rentals is highly desirable.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple properties.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with guests, vendors, and property owners.

  • Problem-solving abilities to quickly address maintenance issues, guest concerns, and booking conflicts.

  • Basic knowledge of property maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping standards.

  • Financial management skills, including budgeting, expense tracking, and revenue optimization.

  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • 2-3 years experience in team development, have results in promoting those under your leadership.

  • Promoted within an organization.

  • 2-3 years consistent employment with one organization.

  • Live within a 20 mile radius of St. Petersburg Beach, FL.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual Salary

Annual, $50,000 - $60,000

Bonus

Bonus based on KPI metric performance can range from $5k to $10k annually.

Schedule
• Full-Time Shifts for this position vary from Monday to Saturday.
• Two days off are typically placed consecutively, weekends are required.
