The Night Front Desk Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for welcoming and assisting guests during late hours, managing check‑ins and check‑outs, handling reservations and inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The role also includes monitoring property security, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance as needed, and preparing daily reports for management. Success in this position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to provide courteous service in a calm and efficient manner throughout the night.
Welcome and assist guests during late hours, managing check‑ins and check‑outs
