POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at PMI Aspire in Lakewood, CO. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our company, greeting visitors, customers, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor. You will help ensure clear and efficient communication by answering and directing incoming phone calls, assisting both English- and Spanish-speaking callers. As a reliable team player, you will provide administrative support across multiple departments, contributing to the daily operations and overall success of the organization. Please note bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome visitors, customers, and vendors in our lobby

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and care

  • Provide administrative support across multiple departments (tasks as assigned)

  • Help with office tasks such as mailings, bill payment, and other tasks assigned

  • Maintaining a clean and organized front lobby area

  • Support special projects and ongoing operational needs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications (e.g., National Apartment Leasing Professional) preferred.

  • Spanish Fluency is required

  • Previous experience in receptions, administrative support roles, or other customer service-related fields

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong communication skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual Salary

Hourly, $18 - $20
