PMI Seagate is seeking a motivated and relationship driven Business Development Manager to help expand our residential property management portfolio throughout Palm Beach County.
In this role, you will focus on building connections with property owners, investors, and real estate professionals to secure new property management agreements. You will also support strategic growth initiatives by helping identify potential partnerships and acquisition opportunities within the local market.
This is a flexible, field based role where your schedule is driven by client meetings, networking events, and business development activity. You will work closely with the Franchise Owner and play a key role in the continued growth and success of the company.
Business Development & Sales
Generate and qualify new leads through networking, outreach, digital efforts, and local events
Build relationships with property owners, investors, realtors, and local business professionals
Conduct consultations with property owners and present tailored property management solutions
Maintain and manage your sales pipeline using a CRM system and consistent follow up
Represent the company at industry and community networking events
Help identify and build relationships with other property managers and potential acquisition targets
Support early conversations and market research related to growth opportunities
Collaborate with leadership on local marketing and outreach initiatives
Provide regular updates on lead generation, sales activity, and market opportunities
Set and work toward weekly and monthly performance goals in partnership with leadership
5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in business development, real estate sales, or property management sectors.
Has worked at a business for at least 2.5 years (demonstrating stability and commitment in previous roles).
Demonstrated experience working with CRM systems (such as LeadSimple or similar platforms) for lead tracking, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
Prior involvement in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of property management, real estate sales, and local market dynamics.
Active real estate license in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain one promptly).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
High level of technical proficiency and adaptability to new systems and technologies.
Professional conduct, ethical standards, and a customer-oriented approach.
Salary/On Track Earnings: $40,000 to $43,000 (base) + commission
Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission potential. Top performers may earn $100,000+ annually, particularly when playing a key role in securing the acquisition of a property management company.
