SeaBreeze Vacation is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to join our team in Holmes Beach, FL. In this role, you'll be the welcoming voice and friendly face for our guests, ensuring each interaction is handled with care, empathy, and professionalism. You'll play a vital part in creating memorable vacation experiences by supporting guests throughout their journey—from pre-arrival questions to post-stay follow-ups. As someone who thrives on helping others and building positive relationships, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams to address guest needs, resolve concerns with patience and creativity, and maintain the highest standards of service that our guests have come to expect from SeaBreeze Vacation.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest calls, emails, and messages regarding existing reservations
Greet office visitors and assist walk-in guests with reservation inquiries
Support guests before arrival, during their stay, and post-departure as needed
Answer questions related to reservations, properties, amenities, check-in/check-out, and local information
Resolve guest concerns and coordinate solutions to ensure a positive experience
Process payments, adjustments, and refunds accurately and securely
Maintain accurate and organized guest and reservation records
Communicate effectively with internal teams to address guest needs
Follow all guest service, reservations, and company procedures
Complete additional administrative or guest-support tasks as assigned by management
At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, guest services, reservations, or customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine desire to help guests
Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong attention to detail, especially with guest information and payments
Reliable and punctual with the ability to work on-site
Hourly, $20 - $20
