The Clear Creek Group (TCCG) is a Jackson Hole–based luxury residential services company with more than 20 years of operating history. We specialize in high-end vacation rentals, property management, and homeowner services for an ultra–high-net-worth clientele who value discretion, consistency, and thoughtful execution.
Today, TCCG manages a portfolio of more than 150 homes across Jackson Hole, including approximately 70 luxury rental properties. Our homes typically range from$3 million to $35+ million in value, and many are architecturally significant, highly customized residences. Our guests and homeowners expect a level of service comparable to private aviation, family offices, and boutique hospitality brands. We have built our reputation by consistently meeting those expectations.
What truly sets TCCG apart is not just the scale or caliber of our portfolio, but how we operate. We are a relationship-driven organization with a long-term mindset, investing intentionally in people, systems, and leadership. Our culture emphasizes judgment, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement rather than bureaucracy or rigid hierarchy. Team members are trusted to take ownership, think critically, and contribute meaningfully to how the business evolves.
For leaders, TCCG offers a rare opportunity: direct access to senior leadership, real influence over strategy and operations, and the chance to shape a department during a period of thoughtful growth and modernization. We are actively refining our revenue management approach, technology stack, organizational structure, and homeowner experience, and we’re looking for leaders who are energized by building, not just maintaining.
Equally important, we believe great work should coexist with a high quality of life. While our standards are high and our clients’ expectations are exacting, we operate with trust, professionalism, and flexibility. If you’re looking for a role where your decisions matter, your expertise is respected, and your work has visible impact, The Clear Creek Group is an exceptional place to build the next chapter of your career.

This is a senior, salaried leadership position based in our Jackson office. As a general guideline, we expect managers to be in the office Monday through Friday, approximately 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., to support team leadership, collaboration, and operational oversight.
As a member of our leadership team, the expectation is that the Villa Rental & Revenue Manager works as needed to successfully accomplish objectives and support the business. Flexibility is inherent in the position: stepping out during the day for personal appointments is fully understood, just as staying late, adjusting hours, or responding outside of standard business hours is expected when circumstances require it.
Given the nature of our business and guest commitments, this role also carries an expectation of reasonable availability during evenings and weekends, including monitoring email and stepping in to support the team when necessary. The emphasis is on ownership, accountability, and results rather than rigid scheduling.
