POSITION SUMMARY

Stay Porter is seeking a dedicated Owner Relations Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between our company and property owners in Austin, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building lasting relationships and takes pride in supporting homeowners and their investment success.

You will act as a trusted point of contact for owners — providing clear communication, timely updates, and thoughtful follow-through. By partnering closely with our internal teams, you’ll help ensure properties are well cared for, questions are handled promptly, and owners feel confident, informed, and valued throughout their experience with Stay Porter.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact, fostering trust and proactively communicating with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.

  • Onboarding & Property Launch: Guide new homeowners through the setup process, from contract execution to live listing.

  • Performance Reporting: Analyze and review monthly owner statements for accuracy regarding revenue, occupancy, and expenses.

  • Operational Coordination: Work with internal teams (cleaning, maintenance, marketing) to maintain property standards and address repairs.

  • Issue Resolution: Handle complaints or concerns from owners with professionalism and urgency.

  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular, proactive site visits to ensure units are "guest-ready".

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple properties, tasks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with PMS (Property Management Systems), Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), and Google Suite.

  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or client account management is highly preferred.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends or be on-call to handle urgent owner or guest issues.

  • Must have valid Drivers license and reliable transportation to work

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual Salary

Hourly, $24 - $27
