Field Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Field Operations Manager to oversee daily field operations in our Galveston service area. This role ensures that inspection teams deliver consistent, high-quality service while maintaining strong relationships with homeowners and vendors. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Scheduling

  • Develop, manage, and adjust daily and weekly schedules for inspectors.

  • Monitor staffing levels and workload to ensure timely completion of all inspections.

  • Lead, mentor, and train new and existing inspectors to maintain high performance standards.

  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and support.

Quality Assurance

  • Perform post-inspection home checks to verify accuracy, completeness, and quality of inspector reports.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when needed.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of quality audits and operational processes.

Vendor & Client Relations

  • Communicate with vendors daily to coordinate services, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.

  • Meet with homeowners to address concerns, explain inspection results, and ensure overall satisfaction.

  • Oversee vendor performance and compliance with company standards.

Operational Coordination

  • Assist with workflow management and process improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

  • Support leadership in planning, reporting, and execution of operational goals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, field service management, or a related role (home inspection or construction industry experience preferred).

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM tools, and basic office applications.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
