POSITION SUMMARY

Luxury Simplified is seeking a hands-on Recreation Manager to oversee our fleet of golf carts, bikes, and recreational equipment at our Palmetto Bluff properties. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in maintaining equipment to the highest standards while ensuring seamless guest experiences. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our recreation assets, from tracking and inspecting golf carts to maintaining bikes and delivering equipment directly to guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a luxury vacation rental company, guest and homeowner experience is everything. We will rely on our Recreation Manager to ensure both guests and homeowners have an exceptional experience. The Recreation Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Keep an inventory of ALL golf carts in our portfolio at all times.

  • Ensure each golf cart has been outfitted with an air tag and attend to the location of all golf carts at all times.

  • Perform monthly inspection checks of each golf cart and document the inspection thoroughly in the Breezeway application.

  • Clean, fuel, and deliver golf carts as required by the guest services department.

  • Inventory bikes and ensure assets are returned to the facility in a timely manner after guest use.

  • Complete an assessment of company bikes and complete necessary repairs and/or improvements after each use.

  • Assess and clean all company helmets

  • Ensure all company recreation equipment is inventoried and accounted for after guest use. This includes, but is not limited to: cornhole boards, outdoor movie screen equipment, burleys, pickleball equipment, tennis equipment, etc.

  • Ensure all delivery equipment (e.g. side-by-side and company truck) are clean and properly maintained at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware-laptops, tablets, mobile devices.

  • Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls, and texts.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent time management skills with ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.

  • Highly responsive and reliable

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Able to work flexible hours and days, weekends and holidays required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual Salary: $40,000 - $45,000

Bonus

Annual bonus to be determined based on company and individual performance.
