We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Property Manager / Vacation Home Inspector to maintain the highest standards across our portfolio of vacation rental properties in Kissimmee, FL. In this hands-on role, you'll take ownership of quality control by conducting thorough property inspections, identifying issues before they impact guests, and ensuring every home consistently meets our company's exacting standards. You'll work independently to manage multiple properties, coordinate with various teams, and make decisive calls to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, values precision, and takes pride in delivering flawless guest experiences through meticulous property oversight.
Perform detailed property inspections before guest arrivals and after departures
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and inventory standards are consistently met
Identify issues and create work orders for repairs or follow-ups
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and internal teams
Perform light maintenance checks and report larger issues as needed
Assist with guest-related concerns on-site when required
Ensure homes meet company quality standards at all times
1+ years previous experience in property management, hospitality, inspections, or a related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using mobile apps and basic property management software
Valid driver's license
$40,000 - $45,000
9AM - 5PM
We are pleased to offer the following benefits as part of your compensation package:
Paid Time Off (PTO): You will receive two (2) weeks of paid time off per calendar year. PTO may be used for vacation, personal time, or illness, subject to company policy and scheduling approval.
Company Vehicle: A company car will be provided for business-related duties in accordance with company vehicle use policies.
Performance-Based Bonuses: You will have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. Bonus eligibility and amounts are determined based on individual performance, company results, and achievement of agreed-upon goals.
