POSITION SUMMARY:

Compass Resorts is seeking a detail oriented and passionate Guest Relations Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures, providing outstanding customer service, and being thorough in resolving any guest issues.

You will help maintain a positive, welcoming environment while upholding the highest standards of service. This position offers opportunities for growth and career advancement in a supportive, creative work environment. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required, this position is Full Time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure seamless arrivals and departures for all guests.

  • Communicate proactively with guests prior to arrival, ensuring they have all the information needed for a smooth check-in and stay.

  • Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and text, ensuring timely and professional responses.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, addressing any needs or concerns.

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations to ensure seamless property readiness and guest satisfaction.

  • Become an expert in resolving guest issues and inquiries

  • Uphold the highest standards of service, ensuring every guest feels valued.

  • Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service with every guest interaction.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to learn new skills and software

  • Ability to stand at the Front Desk for long periods.

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $18 - $19 per hour based on experience and achievement

Schedule: 

  • Full-Time Schedule, 30-40 hours per week. 5 days per week. Weekends required.
