POSITION SUMMARY:

A well-established organization is seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join its Orlando office. This role is essential to creating a welcoming, professional environment while supporting daily administrative and office operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar

  • Place orders for office and cafeteria supplies and manage inventory

  • Provide excellent customer service and promptly address inquiries or concerns

  • Keep conference rooms and cafeteria areas clean, organized, and well-stocked

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages

  • Assist with meeting coordination, including room setup and materials preparation

  • Support general administrative tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Director

  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience in reception or customer service

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & computer tools)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
