A well-established organization is seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join its Orlando office. This role is essential to creating a welcoming, professional environment while supporting daily administrative and office operations.
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
Place orders for office and cafeteria supplies and manage inventory
Provide excellent customer service and promptly address inquiries or concerns
Keep conference rooms and cafeteria areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Assist with meeting coordination, including room setup and materials preparation
Support general administrative tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Director
Perform other duties as assigned
10+ years of experience in reception or customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & computer tools)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
