We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Residential Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring excellent tenant relations and optimal property performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leases, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Oversee the daily operations of assigned residential properties.
Manage leasing processes, including advertising vacancies, screening tenants, and executing lease agreements.
Ensure tenant satisfaction by addressing concerns, coordinating maintenance, and enforcing lease terms.
Monitor rent collections, track delinquencies, and issue notices as necessary.
Oversee property maintenance and repairs, working with vendors and contractors as needed.
Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring properties remain financially viable.
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.
Prepare financial and operational reports for owners and stakeholders.
Implement and enforce community policies and procedures.
Foster positive relationships with tenants, owners, and service providers.
Required
Texas Real Estate License required
Proven experience in Texas Residential Property Management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of lease agreements, landlord-tenant laws, and fair housing regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in property management software (Rentvine) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Property management certification (e.g., CAM, ARM, CPM) is a plus.
High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
Bilingual: Spanish and English.
Hourly Rate: $20 - $30
