We are looking for a builder-operator COO: a technology-forward, EBITDA-driven executive who thrives in complex operating environments and understands that operational efficiency is strategy.
This is not a traditional hospitality operations role. The ideal candidate combines:

Your job is to turn the CEO's vision into execution, day in and day out. You will own the P&L, build and develop a high-performance team, design and embed scalable systems, and ensure every department is pulling in the same direction. You will need to operate comfortably from the 10,000-foot strategic level down to ground-level detail, and know when each is required.
Vision to Execution
Translate the CEO’s strategy into clear operational plans across departments. Drive annual initiatives, quarterly priorities, and performance KPIs.
Technology & AI-First Operations
Leverage automation, technology, and AI to reduce manual work, increase decision-making speed, and improve margins. Implement systems that enhance guest experience, owner satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
P&L and Financial Ownership
Own the company P&L with accountability for EBITDA, margin performance, and cash flow. Build strong reporting, forecasting, and financial decision frameworks.
Operational Excellence with a Cash Flow Mindset
Oversee SOPs, workflows, and service standards across all properties and departments while continuously improving operational efficiency.
Scaling & Growth
Design systems, org structure, and processes to scale the portfolio from ~300 units to 1,500+. Support acquisitions, integrations, and strategic partnerships.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Build and lead a high-performing leadership team. Establish clear operating structures, performance management systems, and talent pipelines.
7-10+ years in senior operational leadership (COO, VP Operations, GM, or Integrator) in a complex or high-growth business
Experience scaling organizations or multi-location operations
Background in hospitality, short-term rentals, property management, or similar operationally complex industries strongly preferred
Proven P&L ownership with a track record of improving EBITDA and operational performance
Experience building and developing high-performing teams
Startup or founder-led company experience is a plus
Tech-savvy and AI-forward, with experience using technology and automation to drive efficiency and scalability
Strong financial acumen with the ability to own a P&L, interpret financials, and make data-driven decisions
Builder mindset with the ability to create systems, processes, and scalable operational frameworks
Detail-oriented with the ability to move between strategic leadership and hands-on execution
Clear communicator and leader who can align and develop high-performing teams
Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus
Comfortable leading both on-site and remote teams and based in or willing to relocate to Miami
Driven, high-agency operator ready to own a senior leadership role in a growth company
Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus
