My Perfect Stays is seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Coordinator to join our team in Lahaina, HI. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, consistency, and precision in their work. You'll be responsible for ensuring new properties are seamlessly integrated into our systems with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Working closely with our Director of Onboarding, you'll maintain organized documentation, manage property listing setups, and support our growing portfolio of vacation rentals through careful execution of established processes and procedures.
Assist with onboarding new properties into company systems
Maintain accurate records and organized documentation via Gmail and Google Sheets
Support listing preparation and setup processes
Own backend set up for new listings including description writing, amenity inputting, photo uploading and affiliate listing publishing
Assist Director of Onboarding in day to day tasks including document organization and storage, email drafting, template creation, process improvement, etc.
Above average computer literacy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable with data entry and learning new systems
Streamline and Breezeway experience is a plus but not required
Strong written communication
Email inbox management experience
Google Workplace suite programs (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.)
Experience using ClickUp or another project management system
Hourly, $28 - $30
