Freshwater Vacation Rentals is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Cleaner/Caretaker to maintain our upscale vacation rental in Presque Isle, Michigan. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating spotless, welcoming spaces for guests while working independently with flexibility and precision. You'll be responsible for transforming properties between guest stays, ensuring every detail meets the high standards our guests expect, all while managing your time efficiently within a consistent midday schedule.
Able to clean meticulously and quickly, as you need to in an upscale hotel environment.

Trust-worthy, you are in someone's home.
Flexible at times with their work hours, yet are able to adhere to a schedule (normally a 4-5 hour block of time between 11am-4pm).
Reliable (transportation and timeliness is a must).
GARBAGE must be removed by the cleaner and follow instructions as to how/where to dispose of it.
LAUNDRY: If there is a washer/dryer at the property to use with provided detergent/dryer sheets. Or if there is not a washer/dryer to do the laundry at home or at the laundromat, as the cleaning rate is included in the laundry cost.
PETS: May or may not be allowed at the property.
