In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service throughout the check‑in, stay, and check‑out process. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide helpful information.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the property management system.
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records during assigned shifts.
Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest needs are met.
Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.
Follow all security, safety, and company policies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
