PMI Aspire is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper / Property Cleaner to assist with cleaning and light property maintenance for residential properties. This role supports our property management and maintenance operations by preparing homes and apartments for new residents and helping maintain clean and presentable community spaces. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work independently while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Interior Cleaning (Primary Responsibility)
Perform cleaning services for:
Single-family homes (attached and detached)
Multifamily apartments
HOA community properties
Typical duties include:
Cleaning units after tenant move-outs (turns)
Deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
Cleaning appliances, cabinets, counters, and sinks
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors
Dusting surfaces, baseboards, blinds, and fixtures
Cleaning windows and mirrors
Removing trash and debris
Preparing units to be move-in ready
Pick up trash around properties and common areas
Sweep entryways, walkways, and patios
Clean exterior common areas as needed
Assist with light landscaping tasks (weeding, minor cleanup)
Report maintenance or safety concerns to the maintenance team
Ensure units meet company cleanliness standards
Notify the maintenance team of repair needs discovered during cleaning
Assist with final cleaning prior to new tenant move-ins
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Experience with residential or apartment cleaning a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and dependable work ethic
Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs
Comfortable being on feet for extended periods
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Hourly Rate: $18 - 22
