POSITION SUMMARY

JCQ Services is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented AI Automation Specialist to drive intelligent automation initiatives across our organization. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify opportunities for operational enhancement, design innovative automation solutions, and implement systems that transform how we work. You'll collaborate closely with IT and cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven tools that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability while ensuring responsible adoption of emerging technologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our operations through cutting-edge AI applications and automation strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven automation opportunities across company operations.

  • Analyze existing workflows to determine where AI tools and automation can improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Design and deploy automation solutions that reduce manual tasks and minimize human error.

  • Collaborate with IT to ensure secure integration of AI technologies with existing systems and infrastructure.

  • Lead the development of AI-powered tools for data analysis, reporting, and operational decision-making.

  • Monitor and optimize AI systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and measurable operational improvements.

  • Develop documentation, training materials, and internal guidelines for AI usage across departments.

  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, automation platforms, and industry best practices.

  • Promote responsible and safe AI adoption aligned with company policies and operational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience working with AI, machine learning, automation, or intelligent workflow systems.

  • Demonstrated experience implementing process automation or AI-driven operational improvements in business environments.

  • Experience working alongside IT teams and cross-functional departments.

  • Knowledge of AI/ML tools, automation platforms, and data analysis frameworks.

  • Experience with process automation tools (RPA, workflow automation, or AI platforms).

  • Strong understanding of data governance, accuracy, and reliability principles.

  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based technologies.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual Salary

$85,000 - $100,000
