POSITION SUMMARY

JCQ Services is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across our diverse brand portfolio in Orlando, FL. This pivotal role demands a forward-thinking professional who can analyze market trends, develop data-driven strategies, and execute integrated campaigns that drive business growth. You'll take ownership of our brand presence, digital marketing efforts, and content development while collaborating across departments to support business development and recruitment goals. The ideal candidate thrives in connecting big-picture strategy with tactical execution, bringing both analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to elevate our market position in the construction, warehousing, and logistics industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for each brand line that is aligned with company growth objectives.

  • Identify market opportunities and competitive insights.

  • Support annual marketing budgeting and forecasting.

Brand & Content Development

  • Maintain brand standards.

  • Create marketing materials including capability statements and case studies.

  • Manage website updates and SEO.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan and monitor digital campaigns, including social media.

  • Manage CRM workflows.

  • Track analytics and optimize performance.

Proposal & Bid Support

  • Maintain an updated library of project profiles, one-sheets and digital lookbooks.

Events & Industry Engagement

  • Coordinate trade shows, job fairs, and conferences.

  • Manage promotional items, logistics, and follow-up campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Business Development, Pre-construction Construction, Warehousing, Logistics, Operations, HR, and leadership.

  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Management experience

  • Strong writing and project management skills.

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms.

  • Proficiency with marketing tools.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of construction, supply chain, or warehousing.

  • Familiarity with brand strategy.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual Salary

$70,000 - $85,000
