Ocean City Vacation Homes is seeking an Operations Associate to serve as the essential connection between guests, property owners, and our operations team. In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless vacation experiences while maintaining strong relationships across all parties. Your ability to coordinate with housekeeping teams, maintenance contractors, property owners, and guests will be critical to success. 1. Guest Support
Respond to guest inquiries before and during their stay
Resolve guest issues (Wi-Fi problems, maintenance issues, etc.)
Handle booking questions, and adjust reservations as needed
2. Scheduling & Coordination
Coordinate maintenance or repairs at properties
Ensure properties are ready for upcoming guests
3. Property Inspections
Check that homes are clean and properly set up
Report damages or missing items
May require minor housekeeping work to be done
4. Owner Communication
Update property owners about bookings, issues, or maintenance
Help coordinate improvements or repairs with owners
Maintain Communication
5. Listing & Booking Management
Manage listings on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or the company's website
Monitor reservations and occupancy
6. Administrative Tasks
Track operational reports (cleaning schedules, maintenance logs)
Process guest feedback or reviews
Help improve operational processes
2+ years minimum experience in the vacation rental industry
Communication skills
High school diploma
Problem solving
Microsoft 365
Bachelors degree
5+ years of experience in the vacation rental industry
Be able to type at 50+ WPM
Self Starter looking to grow within company
$50,000 - $70,000
