The Historic Elk Mountain Hotel is looking for a Seasonal Cook to join our small, hands-on team for the busy season (May through October).
This is a great opportunity for a cook who enjoys working in a tight-knit kitchen, values quality over volume, and takes pride in preparing thoughtful, homemade meals in a unique, historic setting.
Our kitchen focuses primarily on dinner service (5–8pm), along with breakfast for guests and occasional lunch or special events. While the volume is manageable, the expectation is high — we care deeply about consistency, presentation, and creating a memorable experience for every guest.
This is a hands-on cooking role where you’ll be involved in all aspects of kitchen operations.
