You’re perfect for the role if you’re a self-starter with a natural ability to solve problems and proactively address maintenance issues. We’re also on the lookout for someone who is team-minded with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude - (even if that means heading out to a call after hours to take care of an emergency),
What Your Day Will Be Like:
Your typical day on our maintenance team will involve performing basic home repairs.
That will include everything from:
electrical to plumbing troubleshooting
grill maintenance
painting
property inspections
staining and carpentry
providing car shuttles
furniture assembly
sprinkler system repair
hot tub checks

Commute daily to luxury homes where you will perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
Perform property inspections
Collaborate across departments and teams as well as with third parties
Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned daily tasks
Responsible for the presentation and cleanliness of your work vehicle
Ensure timely reporting and clear communication of issues encountered to your Supervisor
Previous maintenance experience is a plus
Detail-oriented and punctual
Strong mechanical ability
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Able to maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willing to learn and pitch in wherever necessary to assist the team
Hourly Wage: $24 - $30 based on experience and achievement
