We’re looking for a Bilingual Pre-Suit Legal Assistant (English/Spanish) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is energized by helping people.
This role is critical to the success of our pre-suit team—supporting case development, coordinating communication, and ensuring every client receives a high level of care and organization.

Support case managers with administrative and case-related tasks
Communicate with clients, medical providers, and third parties
Request and organize medical records, bills, and documentation
Assist in preparing files for demand packages
Conduct research and gather relevant case information
Manage incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately
Track deadlines and maintain organized calendars
Maintain accurate records and contact lists
Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
Minimum 1 year of legal experience (pre-suit or personal injury preferred)
Strong communication skills with professional phone presence
High emotional intelligence—able to navigate sensitive conversations with empathy
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable learning and using new systems and tools
Clients feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout their case
Case files are organized, complete, and moving forward efficiently
Communication is proactive, timely, and professional
You become a reliable partner to case managers and the broader legal team
Hourly Rate: $17–$20/hour (based on experience)
