Position Summary

The Litigation Paralegal will play a key role in managing cases from pre-litigation through trial. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who is proactive, highly organized, and capable of handling complex matters with minimal supervision. You will work directly with attorneys to support case strategy, manage deadlines, and ensure cases progress efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage pleadings, discovery, and legal documents

  • Coordinate and organize document production and case files

  • Maintain case calendars and monitor deadlines

  • Assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation

  • Communicate with clients, experts, and third parties as needed

  • Support attorneys with case management and overall workflow

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Strong experience in commercial and/or civil litigation preferred

  • Proficient in managing deadlines and court procedures

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities independently

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary

85,000 - 96,000

Bonus

Annual bonuses are discretionary.
