  • BOH Assistance: Assist with light food prep tasks or unloading deliveries during slower periods as directed by the Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen or dishroom is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic and a "team-first" attitude.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move for the duration of an 8-hour shift and lift/carry up to 50 lbs (such as bags of ice, trash bins, or heavy crates).

  • Speed and Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and stay organized during peak meal periods without sacrificing cleanliness.

  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
