Cape & Coast Premier Properties is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator with a strong mindset to strengthen and oversee operational processes across the organization.
In this role, you will serve as the backbone of day-to-day operations, ensuring that workflows, communication channels, and systems run smoothly across housekeeping, maintenance, and property readiness. You will work closely with leadership and department managers to bring structure, improve efficiency, and eliminate operational friction.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building order out of complexity, enjoys refining processes, and takes pride in creating systems that allow teams to perform consistently and effectively without constant oversight.
Systems & Workflow Management
Evaluate and improve operational workflows across departments
Ensure tasks and operational information are properly documented and tracked in company systems
Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions
Support development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Cross-Department Coordination
Improve communication flow between Owner Services, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
Ensure departments have the information they need to execute operational tasks efficiently
Help resolve operational bottlenecks and recurring issues
Reinforce accountability and adherence to operational processes
Operational Performance
Monitor operational metrics such as task completion, labor efficiency, and response times
Identify trends or recurring issues affecting operational efficiency
Implement preventative solutions that reduce operational friction
Team Support
Provide operational structure and clarity to department managers
Assist leadership in maintaining consistent operational standards
Support teams during high-volume periods and help maintain workflow stability
Required Qualifications:
Highly process-driven and systems-oriented
Analytical and comfortable identifying operational inefficiencies
Skilled at improving workflows and implementing structure
Calm and solution-focused in complex operational environments
Able to work across departments to bring clarity and alignment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in property management, hospitality, or vacation rentals is a plus
Familiarity with property management or operations software systems
Hourly Rate: $26 - 28 per hour
