Established Phoenix law firm located along the Camelback Corridor is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing commercial litigation team. The firm represents clients in complex business disputes and high-stakes civil litigation matters, offering meaningful, hands-on involvement in cases from pre-litigation through trial.

This role is ideal for a highly experienced litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of complex cases from start to finish. You will work directly with attorneys on high-stakes commercial, business, and civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, real estate issues, construction litigation, and probate and trust disputes. The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with clients and courts, and contribute strategic value to case preparation and trial support. Support attorneys in commercial and business pre-litigation and litigation matters, including contract, real estate, and construction disputes
Assist with probate and trust litigation, including contested estates and fiduciary disputes
Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, probate petitions, and professional correspondence with minimal supervision
Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and filings in Arizona state and federal courts
Conduct legal and factual research and organize case materials, evidence, exhibits, and trial binders
Assist with deposition preparation, discovery coordination, and trial preparation
Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, experts, and third parties
Prepare case review summaries
Minimum 10 years of commercial, business, or civil litigation paralegal experience
Strong experience supporting complex litigation cases from inception through trial preparation
Proficiency with Arizona e-filing systems and legal case management software
Exceptional organizational, communication, and client service skills
Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and contribute to a collaborative litigation team
Ability to hit the ground running with strong foundational litigation knowledge
Proficient in Westlaw
Excellent writing skills
