As a B2B Account Manager, you’ll build and manage relationships with commercial clients, helping them protect their businesses through customized pest control solutions.
This is a consultative sales role focused on new business development, account growth, and delivering long-term value to customers. If you’re competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by commission, this role offers strong income potential and career advancement.

Manage and grow existing client relationships
Conduct property inspections and identify pest risks
Recommend tailored service solutions
Close sales and achieve revenue targets
Utilize company tools and CRM to manage pipeline
Maintain professionalism and prioritize safety at all times
Sales experience preferred (B2B or outside sales a plus)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Comfortable working independently in the field
Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Work in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and outdoors
Use ladders and wear PPE as required
$50,000 - 90,000 first-year earnings (base + commission)
