Position Summary

As a B2B Account Manager, you’ll build and manage relationships with commercial clients, helping them protect their businesses through customized pest control solutions.

This is a consultative sales role focused on new business development, account growth, and delivering long-term value to customers. If you’re competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by commission, this role offers strong income potential and career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new B2B accounts

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships

  • Conduct property inspections and identify pest risks

  • Recommend tailored service solutions

  • Close sales and achieve revenue targets

  • Utilize company tools and CRM to manage pipeline

  • Maintain professionalism and prioritize safety at all times

Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred (B2B or outside sales a plus)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated and results-driven

  • Comfortable working independently in the field

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

  • Work in crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and outdoors

  • Use ladders and wear PPE as required

Compensation, Benefits & More

  • $50,000 - 90,000 first-year earnings (base + commission)
