We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Inspector to join our team at Gulf Coast Getaways in Navarre, FL. In this role, you'll be the eyes and ears of our operation, conducting thorough inspections of our rental properties to ensure every guest experiences the exceptional quality they deserve. You'll take pride in your ability to spot issues before they become problems, coordinate with multiple departments to resolve maintenance and cleaning concerns, and create welcoming environments for both guests and property owners. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and thrives on making tangible improvements to create memorable vacation experiences.
Inspect rental properties for cleaning and maintenance issues.
Report any identified cleaning and maintenance issues to the correct department.
Prepare the property for guest and owner arrivals.
Manage property inventory and staging.
Deliver needed items to guests.
Reliable transportation: Mileage reimbursement provided when driving personal vehicle for work purposes.
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Weekend and holiday availability.
