Panhandle Getaways is seeking a hands-on, detail-driven Property Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator to support both field operations and guest communication.
This is a hybrid role that blends property inspections, light housekeeping support, and reservation coordination. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring homes are guest-ready, issues are resolved quickly, and guests receive timely, professional communication throughout their stay.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes ownership of outcomes, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.
Conduct routine property inspections to ensure homes meet company cleanliness and quality standards
Identify and report maintenance issues or damages in a timely manner
Perform cleaning duties as needed to maintain presentation standards
Assist with guest reservations, including booking support, confirmations, and guest communication
Ensure properties are guest-ready prior to arrivals
Restock supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues
Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing questions or concerns professionally
1 year of housekeeping inspecting experience (preferably in vacation rentals)
1 year reservations experience
A valid driver's license and clean driving record (safety first, always!).
High school diploma or equivalent
Organized with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable communicating with guests and team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
3% of pay at EOY
