In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for all property owners, delivering a seamless, proactive, and high-touch experience at every stage of the relationship. You'll get to know their goals, champion their needs across our internal teams, and ensure they always feel like a valued partner, not just a client. From guiding owners through onboarding to overseeing account performance and coordinating accurate, timely, and transparent communication across departments, you'll be the steady, compassionate presence that owners count on.

Act as the main point of contact for all owners
Own and lead the resolution of all owner-related concerns from start to finish, ensuring issues are actively managed, communicated, and resolved without deferring responsibility to other departments. Acts as the accountable driver of outcomes, not simply a liaison.
Meet with owners during visits and lead one-on-one quarterly calls
Communicate approvals, updates, and compensation or financial adjustments
Review all owner statements prior to distribution and ensure accuracy
Collaborate with leadership to track and maintain key owner performance metrics
Ensure all owner-related requests are handled efficiently and correctly
Align internal communication before responding to owners
Guide new owners through onboarding with consistent updates
Conduct introduction calls and ensure all property and vendor details are captured
Deliver a smooth transition into management with clear expectations
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to coordinate across departments and prioritize effectively
Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong follow-through
1+ years minimum experience in property management, hospitality, or account management preferred
Experience in property management softwares such as Streamline & Breezeway is preferred
Annual Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year depending on experience
