Location: Inlet Beach, FL (Local to 30A required)
Compensation: $20–$25/hour + benefits
Schedule: Full-time | 5 shifts per week (morning or evening rotation)
Stay on 30A is redefining what a high-end vacation experience should feel like. Every home is intentionally designed, fully equipped, and consistently delivered at a level most companies call “above and beyond”; we call it standard.
We operate with high expectations, a fast pace, and a deep commitment to the guest experience. This is a team for people who care about the details, move with urgency, and take pride in doing things right.
If you’re looking for an easy job, this isn’t it. If you’re looking to be part of a team that sets the bar in this industry, you’ll feel right at home.
We are looking for a Guest Services Specialist who lives in or near Walton County/Bay County and knows this area like it's home.
You are the voice of Stay on 30A. From the moment a guest inquires to the moment they leave a review, you own the relationship. You respond quickly, communicate clearly, and make every guest feel taken care of.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where responsiveness matters. You’ll manage conversations across multiple channels, solve problems in real time, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure every detail is handled.

Coordinate with operations teams and vendors to resolve guest issues quickly
Track all communication and service requests to ensure nothing is missed
Follow up after checkout to drive reviews and strengthen guest relationships
Maintain a warm, professional, and solution-oriented tone in every interaction
Show up as a full member of the Tribe - contributing to the mission, supporting the team, and holding the standard even when no one is watching.
Strong written communication skills (this is essential)
Ability to manage multiple conversations at once without losing detail
Naturally responsive; you don’t leave messages sitting
Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Experience managing guest communication across multiple platforms
Familiarity with booking platforms like Airbnb or VRBO
Hourly Salary: $20–$25 based on experience

Schedule
While this is a remote role with set working hours, you must live locally - this is a non-negotiable.
