Operations Coordinator | Dispatch & Property Services

Location: Inlet Beach, FL (Local to 30A required)
Compensation: $20–$25/hour + benefits
Schedule: Full-time | 5 shifts per week (morning or evening rotation)

Position Summary

We are looking for a Operations Coordinator who lives in or near Walton County/Bay County and knows this area like it's home.

This role is the execution engine behind the guest experience. You are responsible for coordinating and tracking everything that happens behind the scenes: from maintenance requests to housekeeping schedules to vendor dispatch. While this role is not guest-facing. It’s about making sure the team delivers on every promise, every time.

If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and wired to follow things through to completion; you’ll excel in this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and dispatch housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors based on priorities

  • Create and manage work orders, ensuring each task is tracked through completion

  • Maintain accurate property notes and service records across systems

  • Monitor open tasks and proactively follow up to ensure nothing is missed

  • Communicate clearly with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly

  • Support day-to-day execution across property services to uphold company standards

  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies and help improve processes over time

  • Show up as a full member of the Tribe - contributing to the mission, supporting the team, and holding the standard even when no one is watching.

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ years minimum in operations, logistics, dispatch, or property management experience

  • Experience coordinating vendors or service teams

  • Familiarity with task management or property management systems

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Salary: $20–$25 based on experience

Schedule

  • While this is a remote role with set working hours, you must live locally - this is a non-negotiable.

  • Everyone works 5 shifts (40 hours) and has 2 days off with a rotating schedule. There are both morning and evening shifts needing coverage and more details will be discussed during the interview process.
