Digital Brew is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Representative (BDR) to lead growth efforts in the Austin market. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role focused on building a sales pipeline, developing strategic relationships, and closing new business with companies that align with our ideal customer profile.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating your own opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging your existing connections. You’ll lead discovery conversations, position our creative solutions effectively, and own the full sales cycle from first touch to close. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a consultative sales environment and wants to be directly tied to revenue growth.
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified B2B, B2C, and agency opportunities within the Austin region
Prospect into target accounts through outbound efforts, referrals, and networking
Leverage your existing network or book of business where applicable
Run discovery calls to uncover client needs and position Digital Brew’s services effectively
Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across target organizations
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract close
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, strategy, and creative direction
Consistently meet or exceed revenue and pipeline generation targets
Access to company CRM and sales tools
Leadership support from VP of Business Development
Market Development Budget (Networking events, ground travel, client meetings, light ent/coffee lunches)
Light entertainment (coffee, lunches)
Marketing support to help position Digital Brew in the market
Collaboration with internal strategic sales and marketing team
3+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales (agency, marketing, or service-based sales preferred)
Proven ability to generate your own pipeline and close deals successfully
Experience prospecting and initiating conversations with new accounts
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter mentality with a high level of ownership and accountability
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and move deals forward effectively
Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise organizations is a plus
Compensation, Benefits & More
Compensation: 60,000 base salary with an On Track Earnings(OTE) of $125,000 - 250,000 based on performance (base + commission)
