Mike Z Rentals specializes in high-quality vacation, seasonal, and annual rental properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maximizing owner satisfaction. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, strong local market expertise, and a commitment to service.
The Maintenance Technician plays a critical, hands-on role in ensuring every Mike Z Rentals property is consistently guest-ready, safe, and maintained to the highest standards. This role is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, from routine preventative upkeep to troubleshooting and resolving more urgent repair needs across multiple properties.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be traveling between properties, completing work orders, responding to service requests, and proactively identifying maintenance issues before they impact the guest experience. You’ll work independently while staying closely aligned with the Maintenance Manager, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and with strong attention to detail.
This is a highly visible role that directly impacts guest satisfaction, meaning professionalism, reliability, and a solutions-oriented mindset are essential.
