POSITION SUMMARY

As a member of our Cleaning Crew, you play a key role in preparing our vacation rentals for incoming guests. You’ll be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and maintaining large luxury estate homes, following a detailed checklist to ensure nothing is missed. Our properties are full private estates, ranging from 11 to 15 bedrooms, 10-55 guests, and require a team-oriented, detail-driven approach.

Your responsibilities include making beds to hotel standards, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, replacing linens, restocking essential supplies, and monitoring inventory levels by alerting the team when items are running low. A professional laundry service is provided, and no laundry is required as part of this role. Your attention to detail, reliability, and pride in your work help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that sets the tone for every guest’s stay.

This job will require a minimum of two people to complete the cleaning on time, but you are welcome to bring more in order to finish quicker.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clean each room using a specific, standardized checklist

  • Change linens after every stay and make beds to company standards

  • Clean and sanitize all bathrooms

  • Clean and maintain the grill and outdoor kitchen

  • Wipe and sanitize all countertops and bedside tables

  • Clean and inspect the refrigerator after each guest

  • Remove trash and dispose of it in the dumpster

  • Bag and organize laundry

  • Monitor supply levels and notify the team when items are running low

  • Refill and maintain all soap dispensers

  • Order supplies as needed

  • Keep all inventory and linens organized in supply closets

  • Pick up outdoor trash

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of cleaning experience

  • Must be able to communicate in written and spoken English

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Annual Salary

Per clean: $350/ job

Schedule

Flexible schedule, changes weekly.
