Position Summary

We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Summer Vacation Rental Cleaners in Invermere.

In this role, you’ll prepare vacation rental homes across the Columbia Valley to the highest standard. Each clean directly impacts the guest experience, making your work a critical part of what we do.

You’ll work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and reset vacation rental properties between guest stays

  • Follow structured cleaning checklists to ensure consistency

  • Restock essential supplies and report inventory needs

  • Stage each home to create a welcoming, guest-ready environment

  • Identify and report maintenance or property issues

  • Work efficiently to meet same-day turnover timelines

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Reliable vehicle with insurance (travel between properties required)

  • Smartphone for communication and task management

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

$21–$25/hour, based on experience

Schedule & Expectations

  • Typical working hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Scheduled 5 days per week, with weekend availability required

  • Additional hours may be available based on demand

This role operates during peak turnover windows, so efficiency and reliability are essential. While shifts are shorter, the pace is consistent and physically active.

You’ll be on your feet for extended periods and should be comfortable with lifting, bending, and repetitive movement throughout your shift.
