Position Summary

Bennett Law Center is seeking an experienced Bilingual Intake Immigration Specialist to serve as the professional, compassionate, and organized first point of contact for individuals seeking immigration support.

This is a remote position. In this role, you will conduct intake calls, gather essential case information, pre-qualify leads, and help prospective clients take the first step toward legal solutions. This position is critical to both the client experience and the firm’s intake process.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, organized, and experienced in handling immigration consultations and prospective client communication.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

  • Collect consultation fees prior to scheduling appointments

  • Conduct complete and accurate intake interviews by phone, following established scripts and firm protocols

  • Gather pertinent client information and documentation to ensure the legal team has a clear understanding of the case type and client needs

  • Accurately input data into the firm’s CRM and case management systems (Clio Grow/Manage), ensuring all records are complete and properly maintained

  • Clearly explain the Bennett Law Center client process using the approved script and confidently address common objections

  • Pre-qualify prospective clients and coordinate consultation scheduling based on availability and case type

  • Provide timely follow-up communication to unresponsive leads and maintain detailed intake logs, notes, and case status updates

  • Collaborate with attorneys, legal staff, and management to support an organized and effective intake process

  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to improve lead conversion and overall client intake experience

  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and check-ins

  • Maintain strict client confidentiality and uphold Bennett Law Center’s standards and values in all communications and processes

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 1–2 years immigration experience required

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required

  • Experience conducting immigration consultations and speaking with prospective clients

  • Strong phone, communication, and client service skills, especially in emotionally sensitive situations

  • Ability to identify potential case types and gather relevant facts during intake

  • Experience with Clio or other CRM/case management systems required

  • Strong organizational skills, follow-up habits, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work within established systems and procedures

  • Ability to work well in a structured, team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with attorneys, legal staff, and management

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information

Compensation & Schedule

Monthly Compensation: $1,500

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday during regular office hours.

  • Occasional additional hours may be required based on firm needs.
