We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician who takes real pride in their work. This role is about more than fixing things. It’s about preventing problems, maintaining high standards across our properties, and ensuring every guest walks into a space that feels ready and reliable.
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues, ensuring all homes are guest-ready and in excellent condition
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeep
Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies to ensure guest safety and minimize disruption
Ensure all properties meet safety, quality, and brand standards
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections
Collaborate closely with Property Caretakers and maintenance leadership to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently
Work directly alongside Property Caretakers and other Maintenance Techs to support day-to-day operations and field execution
Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Address guest maintenance requests quickly and professionally to enhance the guest experience
2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
Strong working knowledge of maintenance procedures, building systems, and safety standards (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues and take proactive action
High attention to detail and quality of work
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules
Clear and professional communication skills with guests, team members, and vendors
Comfortable handling invoices, including reviewing, submitting, and tracking maintenance-related expenses
Commitment to responsiveness and service excellence
Comfortable using maintenance software, tools, and technology
Ability to stay composed and effective in high-pressure or emergency situations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Hourly Salary $28-$30
This role is eligible to earn a bonus of 4% of annual wages based on company and individual performance
